This licence does not include any right to resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Platform or its content, or to use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, spider, or bulk-download any content from the Platform for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without our prior written consent.
- Reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from substantial portions of the Platform’s content without prior written permission.

- Your physical or electronic signature.
We will review all valid notices and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material. Submitting a false or bad-faith notice may expose you to liability. Counter-notices may be submitted to the same email address.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.
We expressly disclaim all warranties, including without limitation:
- Any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
- Any warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- Any warranty that the content is complete, accurate, reliable, current, or suitable for your specific situation.
- Any warranty regarding the results that may be obtained from use of the Platform.
You use the Platform entirely at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REVFORGE, ITS OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE PLATFORM OR ANY CONTENT THEREON, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed EUR 100 (one hundred euros).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RevForge and its operators, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
- your violation of these Terms;
- your use of the Platform in any manner not authorised by these Terms;
- your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right; or
- any claim that your actions caused damage to a third party.
10. Suspension and Termination of Access
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform for any reason, including without limitation if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, and 14 survive any termination.
11. External Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for reference purposes. We do not control those sites, do not endorse their content, and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, availability, or accuracy. Visiting any external link is entirely at your own risk.
12. Modifications to the Platform and These Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform (or any part thereof) at any time without notice and without liability. We may update these Terms at any time. We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, flood, accidents, pandemics, strikes or shortages of transportation, fuel, energy, labour, or materials, or failures of third-party telecommunications or hosting infrastructure.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. A waiver of any breach or default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RevForge with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
